SPORTS CONDITIONING

Athletes nowadays are in search for the extra 1% that'll give them the edge in competitions.
I use innovative techniques, specific to an athletes sport, to not only increase performance but also reduce risk of injury.
My services are not limited to individual athletes. I work with high level sports teams, mainly during pre-season, to structure a programme that ensures they hit peak fitness coming in to the season.
